A guesthouse in the Stampace district, in the heart of the old town, a few minutes' walk from Piazza Yenne, the Castello district and the port. Every room has a private bathroom and air conditioning, check-in is self-service and your keys are waiting for you in the room: quiet rooms cared for down to the last detail, everything you need to enjoy Cagliari without a worry.

The easiest way is the train: from "Elmas Aeroporto" station, a short walk from the terminal, you reach Cagliari station in 6–10 minutes. From there it is a 10–15 minute walk. The ticket costs about €1.30 and you can pay by contactless card.

From the property you can reach some of the finest beaches in southern Sardinia, even without a car: buses leave from Piazza Matteotti, a 10–15 minute walk away.

From 3 pm. Check-in is self-service: after completing the online check-in, you receive the entry code on the morning of your arrival and find your keys in the room. On request and subject to availability you can arrive from 12:00, for €20.
No problem: with the code you can get in at any time after 3 pm. We just ask you to let us know your expected arrival time.
By 10 am on the day of departure.
During your stay we tidy the room every day. Towels are changed every 3 nights and sheets every 7 nights. Extra changes are available on request, for a fee.
The property has no private parking. The Bastione di Santa Croce car park is a 5-minute walk away and the free car park on Via Anfiteatro is 7 minutes away. Watch out for the old town's limited traffic zone (ZTL).
Yes, as required by the City of Cagliari: €2 per person per night from October to June, €3 in July, August and September. You can pay by PayPal or in cash.
We are sorry, but pets cannot be accommodated.

What data we process. This website has no forms and does not collect personal data. If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we use your data only to reply and to handle your request or stay. Like any website, the hosting provider records technical browsing data (such as your IP address) to keep the site running and secure.
Bookings. Bookings are made on the Octorate system, which processes data under its own privacy notice, available when you book. Guest data is also recorded to meet legal obligations (reporting to the police via Alloggiati Web and tourist tax).
Cookies. This website uses no profiling cookies or analytics tools. It only stores your chosen language in your browser, a technical setting that does not require consent. To display fonts, your browser connects to Google Fonts servers, which receive your IP address.
Your rights. You may request access to, correction or erasure of your data, restriction of processing, or object to it at any time using the contact details above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
